Since many years people tell themselves stories about the moon, it´s spiritual meanings and influences. Farmers all over the world seed, plant and harvest according to the moon phases. Female menstruation is likely to be influenced by the moon as well…

Many cultures understand the moon as female – “La Luna” for example – it represents the instinct and phantasy.

Luna… is a surreal contemporary series of photographs. It tells the stories of our transformational and emotional feelings – the many phases that we live through our lives – represented by the Luna symbolic.
